Who am I?

And why the heck do I have so many opinions?

My name is Jim Clark. I currently live in Overland Park, Kansas, a suburb of Kansas City. There are pictures galore all over, though since I put them out there, there are few of me. You don't want to see.

Back before cable TV I lived in Nutley, New Jersey, famous as being Martha Stwart's home town. She and I both were graduated from the same high school, cleverly called Nutley High School, though she left long before I did. (My sisters did, however, have her mom as their teacher, and they thought she was a classy lady.) I then attended a tiny Great Books college called Shimer College, and did the nearly unthinkable. I was graduated after four years there, a most unusual feat. Apparently most people didn't like it as much as I did.

Besides this web site, I have one dedicated to America's best folksinger ever ever ever, Cisco Houston.
